Ships Model Case.
Model of the Clan Buchanan and Teak Case made originally by Greenock Dockyard Co, Greenock for Clan Line Steamers Ltd, in 1938 prior to ship being manufactured. The Teak case was unrecognisable due to progressive layers of coloured varnish being applied over the years. The model was removed and the case dismantled and all the old finish removed before repairs were undertaken and the re-polished to it’s former glory.
